I’ve used TGB products since starting my business, Thrive Nails, a couple of years ago and can’t recommend them enough. The colour range and product quality are unmatched and my clients love the results.
The customer service from the team is also next level. I was recently helped by Amy, and in the past Sydney and others and the service is always amazing. They respond quickly and always have a solution- whether it’s an order issue or website error they are amazing to deal with and I’m always given a solution that goes above and beyond.
I’ve also noticed that as the business has scaled the service has improved. Shipping used to take a few days (longer during sales) and now comes up to next day even when there’s promotions on.
As a small business owner I know how much has to go on behind the scenes to make these things happen and I really appreciate everything the TGB team do!

Caroline is an absolute rockstar!! She is not only very prompt and efficient in her replies, but she is extremely accommodating and helpful too. I phoned The Gel Bottle yesterday to explain a problem that I was having with the ‘Electric Blue’ shade and Georgia kindly asked that I send in photos of the swatched shade and assured me that she would look into this urgently. I don’t think I have ever had this good of an experience with a brand before. Georgia couldn’t have been any more helpful in resolving my issue. Defiantly 5 star customer service. Thank you!!

I ordered a top coat and the batch was faulty the customers service however was not they was absolutely amazing and sorted my problem out so so fast and was so polite and it was so so helpful to have someone who wanted to help out customers 10/10 can’t fault them

The contact service with The Gelbottle inc are alway quick to respond and i have used the contact service many times. Im really impressed! It's really reassuring knowing that when ever i have questions or problems i have this service for help.

I recently also had an issue with a product and it was easily resolved with pictures and an explanation in one email. It was retectify immediately.

Faulty gel lamp ! i bought the gel bottle lamp and its faulty ,tried to contact the company to let them know and after exchanged a few emails saying this and that,of course they tried to avoid at all costs to not refund my money back and here is a ONE STAR for you!
I spent just under £500 in a few days..Of course , i never buy from them again. You have lost another customer.
